Regular Flat Rate Delivery

We’ve tried to keep it simple, so your postage cost is $15 for shipping under 5kg anywhere within Australia. Orders that exceed 5kg will be classed as a large item and will incur a postage charge of $30. We are unable to ship any items with a total weight over 16kg, these items will be marked as in store pickup only.

Unfortunately we do not accept international orders through our website.

We endeavour to process your order, pick it, pack it and post it as soon as your payment has been approved – usually the next business day. We are in a regional area and so it sometimes takes a little longer for our deliveries to get to you than they may if they were leaving from a metropolitan area.

If we do not have your order in stock, we will notify you within two business days we will not be able to process your order and arrange for a refund. 

Regular Parcel Post Service

Orders will be delivered to you via Australia Post. When using regular parcel post we aim to have your order delivered to you within 5-7 business days – this can be quicker if you live in WA or a capital city and can be longer if you live in a remote area. This is the time period for delivery provided to us by Australia Post for our location. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days please contact us at for an update.

Local Pick Up

As a bricks and mortar store, you have the option of no shipping costs by picking up your order from our local store, or have someone pick up for you.

Simply select the pick-up in person option, and leave us a note of who is collecting and approximation of collection date.


At The Toy Station we try to be environmentally friendly. If you have a large order it may be packaged in a box that we have recycled from a supplier. Be assured that if you have chosen the free gift wrapping option that your purchase will be beautifully wrapped within this packaging.

Out of stock items

We have both a retail store and a warehouse, therefore if you see an item in our E Store it means we have it in-stock. On rare occasions we may be out of stock if your on-line order overlaps a purchase in the retail store. If this happens we will email you immediately and let you know an anticipated delivery time.

Damage or Loss during Delivery

All orders leave The Toy Station warehouse in premium condition. Damage or loss of parcels during delivery is rare but if it occurs, we will take responsibility for it under the conditions of Our Returns Policy. Please contact us at to report damaged goods or that a parcel has not arrived within the above time frames.

Please note, The Toy Station is not responsible for any orders that go missing or are lost due to incorrect delivery information provided by you.


We have a no fuss return policy. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price (no refund on postage). Simply email us on receipt of the product to let us know, then post the product back and we will arrange a refund.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, unless we have agreed to provide you with free return postage. Returned items must be received in original, unopened condition and packaged such that transit damage does not occur. If goods are received in unsellable condition, then your return may not be process.  All due care is taken to ensure  products are not damaged before dispatch. Occasionally damage may occur in the delivery process. If this occurs please contact us for a replacement or refund.
